My son recently graduated college and moved to Houston to begin his career. I was so very fortunate to find Kathy on the internet, and she led us to this incredible mid-rise community. Kathy recommended a number of properties, but seemed to know instinctively that this apartment community would be the best choice for my son. Kathy is a WEALTH of information, providing my son and I with LOTS of well-organized information on a variety of communities. While I was grateful to have information on a variety of complexes, I was also glad that Kat took the time to listen to me about my son's likes and goals, which resulted in pinpointing his new apartment. The community has so very much to offer, and the onsite management team is exceptional; Voyager truly is top-notch, as is Kathy.

8/1/2011 Apartment Searching Sucks, Let Kathy Do It For You
I recently got a job in the Webster, TX area which required a move from Denver, CO. Searching for an apartment is difficult enough, let alone having to do so from a different time zone. I hit http://ApartmentRating... and checked the reviews in an attempt to avoid the truly wretched places. While searching, I came across Kathy's web page and was immediately impressed by the way she *actually lists* her properties. So many apartment search websites make you give them all of your information BEFORE they actually let you see any results. I liked that Kathy was upfront from the beginning and that there was transparency to what was going on.
Shortly after contacting her, Kathy immediately contacted me back (via email, which I preferred) letting me know she got my information and that she would be compiling a list. Kathy really listened to what I wanted in an apartment and hand-tailored her list to my wants and needs. I really appreciate the fact that she took the time to write a memo about each property, offering additional information that I could have in no way found on my own. She knew so much about specials running because she is in contact with a number of the apartment complexes. I felt that she helped to smooth-over the leasing process by contacting the apartment complexes for me and making sure everything was going as it should.
All in all, Kat made 4 different lists, each with 10-15 apartment complexes per my changing requests. I was kind of a huge pain (I've lived in some real armpits before and wanted to avoid doing so again) but Kat was excellent at keeping in touch and doing her best to help me find the perfect apartment. I love where I am currently and know that I couldn't have done it without her. With her help, all I had to do was show-up and sign my lease. In conclusion, do yourself (and your family) a favor and give Kat a call. I never felt pressured, always felt listened to, and ended-up in an awesome pad at a steal of a price.
Oh, and did I mention her price - free? Kat's paid through the apartment complexes so she works her tail off for you and you don't owe her a dime. Just make sure you let the complex know she found your apartment so she gets credit!

Hey! It went great... We took a second look at the property that you sent us to and then the other one you sent us to, and decided on the first one you sent us! I tried to email you yesterday from my blackberry, but it must not have gone through somehow because you always respond, even when you are away from your office! I saw the one we discussed first yesterday, and four properties later I kept thinking about how much I liked it better. They all recognized your name right away and took such good care of me. They actually were able to get me the next larger floorplan for a great price. I'm so happy with that property and the way everything turned out. Thank you so much for your service. Had I just driven around the area, I would have never seen the property. A friend of mine will be looking for an apartment in a few months; I've already given her your number.
